Don't make social wrongly!
It sounds simple, but it is still not the Czech way - to do social networks well. Barbora Šumanská, Social Director at Ogilvy, commented this issue in the weekly Marketing & Media.
There are three main points you should takeaway from this article:
1. Content is still king, even if it doesn't reign alone.
2. Have at least a basic media strategy.
3. Talk to people, however uncomfortable it may be sometimes.
I dare to say that a community manager is as important as a CEO. He publicly presents the company's views, defends the quality of the product, guards the reputation, sells, and above all, he cares about everyone who cares about his brand.
