Apart from interior furniture, IKEA also offers number of products for the balcony. Czechs generally don't care much about their balconies, and we decided to change that. Our goal then was to raise people's interest, to help them with their outdoor home improvement and, in effect, to increase balcony furniture sales. To achieve that, we were to utilize the IKEA Family website containing home improvement inspirations. Using series of videos and an effective social media campaign, we managed to inspire 9 000 Czechs to refurbish their balconies.
